Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with investors, addressing inquiries and providing updates.
- Assist in the preparation of investor presentations, reports, and marketing materials for real estate strategies.
- Support fundraising initiatives and due diligence processes for new and existing funds.
- Conduct market research and analysis, particularly within the real estate sector.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including portfolio management and legal, to ensure accurate information flow.
- Manage CRM systems to track investor interactions and communication logs effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in investor relations, financial services, or a related field, preferably within real estate.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and real estate fundamentals.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced global environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
