Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized employment support to clients, adhering to IPS principles.
  • Assist clients with job searching, resume development, and interview preparation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers and community resources.
  • Support clients in job retention and addressing workplace challenges effectively.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate employment goals into overall treatment plans.
  • Monitor and document client progress, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in employment support, vocational rehabilitation, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding and application of Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model principles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational coaching skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Commitment to person-centered care and empowering individuals towards recovery.
  • Proficiency in case management and documentation.
