Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust IT functional architectures that align with business strategy and requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze functional requirements for new and existing systems.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications and architectural blueprints.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices, technology selection, and architectural patterns within the IT landscape.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and maintainability of architectural solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of architectural standards and methodologies within the firm.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Functional Architect or similar role, preferably in a professional services or financial services context.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and design patterns.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in designing and documenting functional specifications for IT systems.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., French, German) are a plus.
