Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure components including servers, networks, and operating systems.
- Ensure the stability, security, and optimal performance of all IT systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Implement and monitor backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with global IT teams to align local infrastructure with corporate strategies.
- Document IT procedures, configurations, and inventory accurately.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, server hardware, and virtualization technologies.
- Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows Server and Linux.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong communication skills, both in English and Korean.
