Key Responsibilities
- Source, attract, and recruit top IT talent for various software development roles across Eastern Europe.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and team needs.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks, to identify passive and active candidates.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent acquisition strategies to attract leading industry professionals.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, preferably at a Mid-Senior level, within the software development sector.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, programming languages, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, international HR team.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing tools.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Romanian or Russian is a significant advantage.
