Key Responsibilities

Source, attract, and recruit top IT talent for various software development roles across Eastern Europe. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and onboarding. Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and team needs. Utilize various recruitment channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks, to identify passive and active candidates. Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process. Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent acquisition strategies to attract leading industry professionals.

Requirements

Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, preferably at a Mid-Senior level, within the software development sector. Strong understanding of technical roles, programming languages, and industry trends. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, international HR team. Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing tools. Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Romanian or Russian is a significant advantage.
