Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert-level support for various healthcare applications and systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex application-related issues and escalations.
  • Manage incident resolution, service requests, and problem management processes.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure application stability and performance.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of service desk operations and knowledge base.
  • Mentor junior service desk staff and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in an IT Service Desk or Application Support role, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles and service management best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global healthcare environment.
