Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot problems via phone, email, and chat.
- Document, track, and monitor IT issues and resolutions in the service desk system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved problems to higher-level IT support teams.
- Assist with user account management, password resets, and system access.
- Contribute to the IT service desk knowledge base for common issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an IT service desk or technical support role (1+ years).
- Basic understanding of IT systems, networking concepts, and common applications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be a local national of the United Arab Emirates.
