Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems and applications.
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
  • Document support activities, solutions, and system configurations.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and security procedures.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or technical diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support role.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common office software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
