    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
    • Respond to help desk requests in person, via phone, or electronically.
    • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
    • Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
    • Assist with onboarding new users and setting up their IT equipment.
    • Maintain daily performance of computer systems and networks.

    Requirements
