Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute business development and sales strategies within the La Serena region.
  • Promote and engage alumni in university programs, services, and events.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with alumni and key stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for alumni professional development and networking.
  • Contribute to strengthening the UAH community and its identity.
  • Report on regional performance and contribute to overall alumni engagement goals.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and management skills in sales or business development.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Passion for education, community building, and alumni engagement.
  • Residency or strong familiarity with the La Serena, Coquimbo Region.
