Alumni UAH is seeking a Jefe de Zona (Area Head/Manager) to join their team in La Serena, Coquimbo Region, Chile. You will be responsible for leading business development and sales efforts, fostering a strong, long-term relationship between the university and its alumni community.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute business development and sales strategies within the La Serena region.
- Promote and engage alumni in university programs, services, and events.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with alumni and key stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for alumni professional development and networking.
- Contribute to strengthening the UAH community and its identity.
- Report on regional performance and contribute to overall alumni engagement goals.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and management skills in sales or business development.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Passion for education, community building, and alumni engagement.
- Residency or strong familiarity with the La Serena, Coquimbo Region.
