Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing project tasks, timelines, and deliverables for workforce solutions.
- Support partner relationships to ensure high satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
- Coordinate effectively with internal Glo-Cal teams for seamless talent solution delivery.
- Participate in client communications, addressing inquiries and resolving minor issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project processes and operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to company standards and client requirements throughout project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Intermediate qualification or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, client success, or similar roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
