Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting tasks including accounts payable and receivable.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll accurately and on time.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare financial reports and statements under supervision.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an accounting role, preferably 5+ years as a junior accountant.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
