Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle management of construction and MEP projects from planning to handover.
• Lead and supervise site teams, engineers, supervisors, and a workforce of 50–100 staff.
• Coordinate and manage all civil, structural, MEP, and finishing works.
• Prepare and monitor project timelines, workflows, manpower plans, and progress reports.
• Ensure strict adherence to UAE building codes, HSE regulations, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven UAE experience in construction and MEP project management.
• Strong track record managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent knowledge of UAE construction standards, authority approvals, and site practices.
• Strong communication, leadership, and workforce management skills.
