Job Overview
MH Group of Companies is seeking an experienced and proactive Construction Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project execution across our construction and MEP operations. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of UAE experience, with a proven ability to manage multiple sites, lead workforce teams, and ensure the timely completion of all project activities in accordance with UAE construction and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle management of construction and MEP projects from planning to handover.
- Lead and supervise site teams, engineers, supervisors, and a workforce of 50–100 staff.
- Coordinate and manage all civil, structural, MEP, and finishing works.
- Review project drawings, specifications, schedules, and authority guidelines.
- Prepare and monitor project timelines, workflows, manpower plans, and progress reports.
- Ensure strict adherence to UAE building codes, HSE regulations, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven UAE experience in construction and MEP project management.
- Strong track record managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience leading teams of 50 –100 workers in a contracting environment.
- Excellent knowledge of UAE construction standards, authority approvals, and site practices.
