Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Support the HR team with various administrative tasks and special projects.
  • Help coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • Respond to basic employee inquiries and provide general HR support.
  • Prepare HR-related documents and reports as needed.
