Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Support the HR team with various administrative tasks and special projects.
- Help coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Respond to basic employee inquiries and provide general HR support.
- Prepare HR-related documents and reports as needed.
