Key Responsibilities

Support the HR Business Partner in implementing HR strategies and initiatives. Assist in talent acquisition processes, including recruitment and onboarding. Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies. Contribute to performance management and employee development programs. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Support in executing HR projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in a Human Resources role, preferably within the retail sector. Familiarity with HR best practices and employment laws. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team.
