Key Responsibilities
- Assist in cost planning and commercial management throughout project lifecycles.
- Support senior quantity surveyors in tender preparation and contractor selection.
- Conduct detailed analysis of project costs and prepare reports.
- Participate in contract administration and document control processes.
- Liaise with project teams, clients, and subcontractors regarding financial matters.
- Contribute to the identification and mitigation of project risks and opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience (1 Year+) in a quantity surveying or cost management role, preferably in an industrial or pharmaceutical setting.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Office, cost estimation tools).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
