The agency also holds overall responsibility for ensuring the availability of veterinary vaccines in Sweden, maintaining a complete assortment in stock whenever possible.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform chemical and biological analyses of samples related to animal health and zoonoses.
- Contribute to the diagnostic capacity for various contagious animal diseases.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of laboratory results and adhere to scientific protocols.
- Participate in research and development initiatives for new diagnostic methods and products.
- Maintain precise documentation of all laboratory procedures and findings.
- Operate and maintain specialized laboratory equipment effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biomedical Science, or a closely related scientific field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a diagnostic or research laboratory environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in relevant laboratory techniques and instrumentation.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English are beneficial.
