Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key accounts.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of recruitment solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics and identify areas for growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant sales role.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Strong business acumen and sales skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
  • Understanding of the recruitment industry and market trends in the UAE or Middle East.
