Key Responsibilities

• Develop key accounts including public sector and large private organizations.
• Define client territory by industry and size to implement a go-to-market plan.
• Become a trusted advisor for clients, helping them adapt their talent strategy.
• Network with consultants in the region to understand consulting trends.
• Educate the market on the benefits of using independent consultants and freelancers.
• Support the Middle East launch with external analyses and benchmarks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in target-driven business development.
• Proven track record selling into consulting or public sector organizations.
• Fluency in English is essential, Arabic is a plus.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Autonomous, entrepreneurial self-starter.
• Excitement about creating something new in a booming market.
