Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children in the Kids Club.
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate activities, games, and educational programs.
  • Supervise children and ensure their safety at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, addressing any concerns and providing updates on their children’s experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records, including attendance logs and incident reports.
  • Collaborate with the Events & Entertainment team to organize special activities and themed events.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality, early childhood education, or a related field.
  • Fresher or minimum 1 year of experience in a 4-5 star hotel or similar childcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children and parents.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for working with children and creating engaging activities.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
