Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children in the Kids Club.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities, games, and educational programs.
- Supervise children and ensure their safety at all times.
- Communicate effectively with parents, addressing any concerns and providing updates on their children’s experiences.
- Maintain accurate records, including attendance logs and incident reports.
- Collaborate with the Events & Entertainment team to organize special activities and themed events.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality, early childhood education, or a related field.
- Fresher or minimum 1 year of experience in a 4-5 star hotel or similar childcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children and parents.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for working with children and creating engaging activities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
