Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repair of all kitchen equipment, including ovens, stoves, refrigerators, and dishwashers.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential equipment malfunctions proactively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with kitchen appliances efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts inventory.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment operates safely and in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to understand equipment needs and provide technical support.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of kitchen equipment functionality and general maintenance procedures.
- Ability to perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
