Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) checks for B2C clients.
- Manage the full client onboarding process, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Conduct ongoing Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) activities.
- Verify and analyze client documentation and information.
- Identify and report suspicious activities in line with AML regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance compliance procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in KYC, AML, or compliance roles, preferably in a B2C environment.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., AML, CDD).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in relevant compliance software and tools.
- Strong communication skills in English and/or French/German.
