Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) checks for B2C clients.
  • Manage the full client onboarding process, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct ongoing Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) activities.
  • Verify and analyze client documentation and information.
  • Identify and report suspicious activities in line with AML regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance compliance procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in KYC, AML, or compliance roles, preferably in a B2C environment.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., AML, CDD).
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in relevant compliance software and tools.
  • Strong communication skills in English and/or French/German.
