Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and technical support for hotel systems and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to engineering and information technology infrastructure.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and repair of new and existing electrical, mechanical, and IT devices.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards, operational procedures, and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with engineering, IT, and other hotel departments to resolve complex problems.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work, repairs, and inventory of technical parts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical or engineering support role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills across various technical disciplines.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, while also being a strong team player.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with guests and colleagues.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as operational needs dictate.
