Key Responsibilities
- Conduct precise land surveys for various infrastructure and road development projects.
- Utilize advanced surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS, and laser scanners.
- Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and drawings using specialized software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
- Verify the accuracy of survey data, ensuring compliance with project specifications and local regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with project engineers, construction teams, and other stakeholders on site.
- Provide technical guidance and support regarding surveying matters throughout project lifecycles.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Land Surveyor, with a strong focus on infrastructure and road projects.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining modern surveying equipment and software.
- Thorough knowledge of surveying principles, practices, and local regulations in the UAE.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and construction plans accurately.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic site environment.
