Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the civil estimation department, ensuring accurate and timely project costings.
- Prepare comprehensive and competitive bids for various civil engineering projects.
- Analyze tender documents, specifications, and drawings to identify project scope and requirements.
- Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors for pricing and technical details.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate financial risks during the bidding process.
- Ensure all estimations comply with company standards, industry regulations, and client expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in civil estimation, preferably within the GCC region.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, costs, and market trends.
- Proficiency in estimation software and advanced MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Superior communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
