Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and engineering efforts for DC (Direct Current / Data Center) projects.
- Develop innovative design solutions adhering to international standards and client specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project management, engineering, and construction.
- Ensure designs are optimized for performance, cost-efficiency, and sustainability.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to technical skill development within the team.
- Manage project design schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in lead design roles, preferably in DC power systems or data center infrastructure.
- Strong background in EPC or Hi-Tech Manufacturing environments.
- Expertise in relevant design software and engineering tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multinational and multicultural team.
- Relevant technical degree or equivalent professional experience.
