Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to execution for various digital and brand projects.
• Develop and maintain strong brand guidelines and visual identity across all platforms.
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into compelling design solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a creative and collaborative team environment.
• Ensure design solutions are innovative, user-centric, and aligned with overall business objectives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and best practices in design and technology.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Lead Designer or in a similar senior design leadership role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful design projects and creative solutions.
• Expert proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to articulate design concepts effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Interaction Design, or a related field.
