Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in lead generation or sales, with a strong preference for real estate or hospitality.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a commission-based structure.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet targets.
  • Strong understanding of the Dubai property market and its dynamics.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and lead management tools is a plus.
