Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) activities for mechanical equipment.
- Develop and implement comprehensive FAT procedures, protocols, and test plans.
- Ensure all mechanical systems meet specified technical requirements and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, and project teams for smooth execution.
- Document test results, identify non-conformities, and manage resolution processes effectively.
- Provide technical guidance and support during the entire FAT phase.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mechanical FAT Coordinator or similar leadership role in mechanical engineering.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, equipment, and testing methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for successful stakeholder collaboration.
