Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Oversee the execution of manual and automated tests to ensure product quality across all features.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and development teams to ensure quality is integrated from concept to launch.
• Identify, document, and track software defects, working with development for timely resolution.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in QA methodologies, tools, and automation within an Agile environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or lead role.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes in an Agile development environment.
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
• Experience with performance, security, and usability testing for web and mobile platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, crucial for a remote, globally distributed team.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a QA team towards achieving high-quality standards.
