Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and implementation of core React Native features, including native modules/bridges.
• Work closely with design and product to make smart trade-offs and ship high-impact features fast.
• Use AI tools to boost quality and speed without sacrificing readability or tests.
• Drive app performance from every angle, tuning the complex mobile product.
• Build resilient offline-first flows and graceful error handling for real-world field conditions.
• Evolve our mobile design system and UI patterns, and raise the bar through reviews, pairing, and mentoring.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in React Native with strong opinions on mobile architecture.
• Think like a product engineer, prioritizing customer outcomes and clean code.
• Shipped complex React Native apps in cross-functional teams.
• Thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Understand performance, accessibility, testing, and maintainability deeply.
