Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automated test frameworks using Java.
- Mentor and guide junior automation engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
- Define and implement automation strategies to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective test cases and scripts.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and tools and advocate for best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in test automation, particularly with Java and related frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, JUnit, TestNG).
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Experience with various testing types, including performance, security, and API testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to lead projects, manage multiple priorities, and effectively communicate technical concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
