Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective learning and development strategies.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
- Conduct thorough training needs assessments and identify skill gaps.
- Manage and maintain learning resources, materials, and the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and provide reports on outcomes.
- Collaborate with department heads to support employee growth and career development plans.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Learning and Development or similar role.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in using e-learning platforms and HR information systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging and impactful learning content.
