Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective learning and development strategies.
• Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
• Conduct thorough training needs assessments and identify skill gaps.
• Manage and maintain learning resources, materials, and the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and provide reports on outcomes.
• Collaborate with department heads to support employee growth and career development plans.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Learning and Development or similar role.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in using e-learning platforms and HR information systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging and impactful learning content.
