Key Responsibilities

• Partner with large developers such as Emaar, Damac, Dubai Properties, Nshama and many others and we are proudly a subsidiary of a large holding company, The Emirates Business Group.
• Offering a full range of Real Estate services including Sales of Under Construction (New Developments) and Completed Properties.
• Investments Consultancy, Real Estate Advisory, Mortgage Advisory and Property Management.
• Ensure that both Investors and End Users are offered real estate developments that meet their requirements.
• Achieve high returns of investment (both annual rental returns and Price appreciation).

Requirements

• Experience in Real Estate or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
