Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute all leasing activities for assigned properties.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Negotiate lease agreements and terms to ensure favorable outcomes.
- Conduct market research to identify new leasing opportunities and trends.
- Achieve and maintain high occupancy rates for properties under management.
- Prepare and present detailed leasing reports to senior management.

- Proven experience in leasing, real estate, or property management.
