Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Organize, maintain, and retrieve legal documents, files, and records with strict confidentiality.
- Assist in drafting, proofreading, and formatting legal correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate and manage international travel arrangements and expense reports for legal department members.
- Facilitate effective communication and information flow within the legal department and with external stakeholders.
- Support various compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Legal Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international corporate environment.
