Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all legal affairs for INTREAL’s real asset funds and operations.
- Ensure compliance with national and international legal and regulatory frameworks, particularly in Germany and Luxembourg.
- Provide strategic legal advice to the management board on all business activities.
- Oversee contract drafting, negotiation, and review for fund structuring and administration.
- Manage legal risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate or fund law, preferably within the real estate or asset management sector.
- Proven experience in a leadership or director-level legal role.
- Deep knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish fund regulations (KVBG, AIFM).
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and German is highly preferred.
