Key Responsibilities
- Monitor swimming pool areas diligently to prevent accidents and ensure guest safety.
- Enforce all pool rules and regulations consistently and courteously.
- Perform water rescues and administer first aid or CPR when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool deck and surrounding areas.
- Conduct regular checks of safety equipment and report any issues promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with inquiries.
Requirements
- Valid Lifeguard and First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to swim proficiently and perform various rescue techniques.
- Strong observational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and staff.
- Ability to remain calm, act quickly, and effectively manage emergency situations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
