Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor swimming pool areas diligently to prevent accidents and ensure guest safety.
  • Enforce all pool rules and regulations consistently and courteously.
  • Perform water rescues and administer first aid or CPR when necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool deck and surrounding areas.
  • Conduct regular checks of safety equipment and report any issues promptly.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with inquiries.

Requirements

  • Valid Lifeguard and First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Ability to swim proficiently and perform various rescue techniques.
  • Strong observational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and staff.
  • Ability to remain calm, act quickly, and effectively manage emergency situations.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
