Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor swimming pool areas to prevent accidents and ensure guest safety.
  • Enforce pool rules and regulations consistently and respectfully.
  • Respond to emergencies promptly and administer first aid or CPR as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool deck and surrounding areas.
  • Assist guests with inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Conduct regular checks of safety equipment and report any issues.

Requirements

  • Valid Lifeguard certification (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Ability to swim proficiently and perform rescue techniques.
  • Excellent observational and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in emergency situations.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
