Key Responsibilities
- Monitor swimming pool areas to prevent accidents and ensure guest safety.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations consistently and respectfully.
- Respond to emergencies promptly and administer first aid or CPR as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool deck and surrounding areas.
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Conduct regular checks of safety equipment and report any issues.
Requirements
- Valid Lifeguard certification (or willingness to obtain one).
- Ability to swim proficiently and perform rescue techniques.
- Excellent observational and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and effective in emergency situations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
