Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
- Prepare and manage all shipping documentation.
- Liaise with freight forwarders and transport companies for booking and shipment tracking.
- Ensure compliance with JAFZA regulations and UAE Customs requirements.
- Monitor inventory movement and coordinate with warehouse teams.
- Optimize shipping schedules, costs, and routes to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 1–2 years of logistics coordination experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Customs and JAFZA procedures.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
