Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including shipping, warehousing, and transportation.
  • Track and monitor shipments, ensuring timely delivery and proactively resolving any transit issues.
  • Prepare and process necessary shipping documentation, invoices, and customs declarations accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain precise records of all logistics activities, inventory movements, and operational data.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all local, national, and international shipping regulations and standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in logistics coordination, freight forwarding, or supply chain roles.
  • Proficiency in using logistics software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with an excellent ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, demanding, and international environment.
