Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments of medical devices.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, freight forwarders, and courier services.
• Ensure compliance with MOHAP and GDP relevant regulations.
• Oversee daily logistics activities including shipment planning, tracking, and documentation.
• Monitor and optimize inventory movement between distribution centers, warehouses, and customers.
• Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records using ERP systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in logistics, preferably within the medical device, pharmaceutical or healthcare distribution industry.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international shipping practices and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with ERP systems is an added advantage.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
