Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee all inbound and outbound logistics operations.
  • Manage inventory, warehousing, and transportation activities efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, clients, and internal teams, primarily in Arabic.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders and maintain accurate logistics documentation.
  • Optimize supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to logistics and purchasing departments.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Arabic, both written and spoken, is a mandatory requirement.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in logistics coordination, supply chain, or a related administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with logistics software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
