Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect and maintain fire safety equipment and systems.
  • Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.
  • Coordinate staff relocations and manage space allocation.
  • Follow up with contractors and manage PPM for MEP and Fire Life Safety systems.
  • Manage petty cash and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
  • Supervise office assistants and cleaners.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Facilities or Office Management.
  • Good knowledge of Facilities and Office Management operations.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
  • Understanding of HSE standards.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ERP or CAFM systems (SAP preferred).
