Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and maintain fire safety equipment and systems.
- Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.
- Coordinate staff relocations and manage space allocation.
- Follow up with contractors and manage PPM for MEP and Fire Life Safety systems.
- Manage petty cash and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
- Supervise office assistants and cleaners.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Facilities or Office Management.
- Good knowledge of Facilities and Office Management operations.
- Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Understanding of HSE standards.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ERP or CAFM systems (SAP preferred).
