Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Oversee the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment for various construction projects.
• Negotiate with suppliers and freight forwarders to optimize costs and efficiency.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely arrival and resolve any logistical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure compliance with all local and international shipping regulations and safety standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Logistics Officer or in a similar role, preferably in the construction or oil & gas sector.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and logistics processes.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
