This role supports continuous improvement of logistics processes and participates in optimizing business procedures through the company’s IT systems, including the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily Logistics shopfloor activities to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery of KPIs.
- Drive process optimization, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to improve efficiency and optimize costs.
- Liaise with LSP, suppliers, carriers, Dubai customs, and internal teams for seamless operations.
- Act as a focal point for global-to-local logistics coordination, implementation, and reporting.
- Ensure the shopfloor practices are in place, active, and effective (SQCDP update, Operational surveillance, Gemba Walk, etc.).
- Support to ensure shopfloor activities are in line with Airbus values.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Management/Logistics/Supply Chain/Aviation + 2-3+ years of relevant experience in end to end Warehouse Logistics and Quality Conformance.
- Proficiency in IT apps – MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Gmail, etc.
- Experience with logistics software: ERP (SAP), TMS, WMS.
- Knowledge of shipping software (eg. UPS/FedEx/DHL).
- Strong planning, time management, and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal & written skills in English.
