Key Responsibilities
- Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic M&A opportunities.
- Conduct comprehensive financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence processes.
- Negotiate deal terms, manage transaction pipelines, and ensure successful closings.
- Collaborate closely with internal legal, finance, and operational teams.
- Present M&A strategies and proposals to senior leadership and the Board.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform acquisition strategies.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in M&A, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex transactions from inception to integration.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and valuation capabilities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of the telecommunications or digital services industry.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
