Key Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and manage machine learning models for database marketing initiatives.
- Design and implement robust MLOps pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
- Monitor the performance, health, and scalability of ML systems in production.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, marketing teams, and IT professionals.
- Optimize ML infrastructure and workflows for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure data privacy and security compliance within all ML operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in MLOps, machine learning engineering, or related roles.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with MLOps tools and platforms (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Sagemaker).
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
