Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise maintenance teams, ensuring efficient execution of maintenance tasks and schedules.

  • Conduct advanced technical troubleshooting and provide expert solutions for complex operational issues.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Manage maintenance budgets, optimize resource allocation, and oversee spare parts inventory.
  • Collaborate effectively with engineering and project management teams during project commissioning and startup phases.

Requirements

  • Proven extensive experience in maintenance leadership within the engineering or technical services sector.
  • Strong technical expertise in areas such as Renewable Energies, Oil & Gas (upstream/downstream), or Infrastructure projects.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading and motivating a diverse team.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multinational project-based environment.
  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a closely related technical field is highly preferred.
